Cabo Bachelor Party: A Night Out That Actually Works
Updated: October 3, 2026
A bachelor party in Cabo usually has the days covered: fishing, golf, a boat, the beach. The night is where plans fall apart, because a group of ten guys arriving at a club door together is exactly the group that waits longest.
Here is how downtown nightlife is laid out, the real choice between open bar and bottle service, and how to keep the group moving.
Where the night happens
Downtown Cabo San Lucas packs its bars and clubs into a few walkable blocks near the marina. You do not need a car between venues, and that is a good thing: nobody should be driving.
Venues range from big, loud, multi-level clubs to shot bars with live music. Moving between a few of them over one night is the normal way to do it.
Open bar or bottle service
Bottle service gets you a table and a fixed spot, which suits a group that wants a base for the whole night. It is also the most expensive way to drink, and the minimum is usually per table.
An open bar is a fixed price per person for a set time. It is easier to split, and it suits a group that wants to keep moving. Our 3-hour open bar covers house drinks at a downtown club with express entry and no cover, and the classic crawl includes an hour of open bar at one of the venues.
Getting a large group in
- Arrive together. A group that trickles in over forty minutes gets split at the door.
- Bring photo ID. Everyone must be 18 or older.
- Have the money settled before you get there, so one person pays instead of ten.
- Go with a host. On a hosted crawl the cover is included and you skip the line at each club, which is the whole point with a big group.
Keeping the night on track
- Agree on a meeting spot for anyone who gets separated.
- Eat dinner before the first drink.
- Carry cash for tips and extras; keep the rest of your cards and your passport at the hotel.
- Plan the ride home before you need it.
Frequently asked questions

Yes. The Bachelor/ette Crawl runs for bachelor parties too: a dedicated host, cover included, no lines, welcome shots and an hour of open bar at one of the venues.
Can we get a table or bottles?
Bottles and premium drinks are not included in the crawl price. Message us on WhatsApp before your night and we will tell you what the options are.
How do we pay as a group?
One person reserves online with a deposit for the whole group. The balance is paid at check-in, in cash (dollars or pesos) or by card.
What time does it start?
The start time is shown on each experience and on your confirmation. Everyone meets the host at El Squid Roe.
