CANCELLATION POLICY

Clear, simple, no fine print.

72 hours or more before your night

Cancel from your manage booking page and we'll refund 100% of your deposit to your original payment method. The refund can take 5–10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.

Date changes

You can change your booking date for free, no matter when, as long as there's availability on the new date. Do it directly from your manage booking page with your code and email.

Less than 72 hours before your night

The deposit is no longer refundable within this window. But don't worry: you can always make a free date change instead of canceling, so you don't lose what you've already paid.

No-shows

If you don't show up on your booked night without notice, the deposit is forfeited. The remaining balance is only charged at check-in, so a no-show doesn't create any extra charge.

Cancellations on our end

All our clubs are indoors, so we operate rain or shine. If we cancel your experience for any reason, your deposit automatically transfers to a future date or is refunded 100%, whichever you prefer.
